Japan Electronics Packaging and Circuits Association (herein after referred as "JPCA") governing association of JPCA Show / Microelectronics Show / JISSO PROTEC / SDGs Device Show / WIRE Japan Show has been taking measurement policies to improve these exhibitions. For succession and progress, our mission is to contribute to the evolution of leading-edge information, communication technology and the electronic circuitry industry through the exhibition.

Personal information is information that includes names, sex, age group, address, phone number, e-mail address, access record to services and other description individually given numbers and codes that can be linked to the individual. We think it is a societal responsibility to adequately protect the user's personal information, and will make efforts that follow.

Purpose of utilizing personal information which is collected and stored by JPCA

JPCA will gather personal information on this website, in order to improve services, for entering exhibitions, reservation for special keynote lectures and symposium seminars. In addition, we will gather personal information through questionnaires and from requests for brochures.

Shared use of personal information

Of the collected personal information, the personal information registered in Smart Sensing 2023 / InterOpto 2023 / ImagingJapan 2023 / Edge Computing 2023 will be used jointly with JTB Communication Design Co., Ltd., the co-organizer of the four exhibitions.
Personal information to be shared is the name, department name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and responses to the questionnaire at the time of registration.

Provision of personal information to a third party which JPCA obtained

JPCA will not provide the information gathered to any third parties.
At the entrance of JPCA Show 2023 / 2023 Microelectronics Show / JISSO PROTEC 2023 / SDGs Device Show 2023 / WIRE Japan Show 2023 / Smart Sensing 2023 / Electronics Component and Unit Show 2023 / E-Textile/Wearable 2023 / InterOpto 2023 / ImagingJapan 2023 / Edge Computing 2023 & other concurrent exhibitions, special keynote lectures and entrance to the symposium site each booth exhibitor is always required to carry their barcode imprinted visiting card and be scanned to enter. Also, some exhibitors who have barcode readers may ask you to scan the barcode. It means that the exhibitors obtain your personal information and it leaves to your choice if you accept it or not. The information will be shared between JPCA and those organizers. Please be advised that brochures might be sent by e-mail or mail using this information from those organizers.
