About WECC |

|
The purpose of the WECC is to maintain sound development and
growth of the global Electronic Circuits industry. In order to
accomplish this purpose, this council provides a forum where member
associations from the global Electronic Circuits Industry can
cooperate for the benefit and improvement of society as a whole,
through development, coordination, and implementation of strategies
and programs in the fields of technology, marketing, resource
development, environment, and economic/political affairs. This
Council carries out the following activities for a benefit common to
all the member associations organizing the World Electronic Circuits
industry;

WECC Mission Statement
|

|
|
|
|
The WECC will promote a strategic partnership among trade
organizations with member companies in the global Electronic
Circuits industry for the purpose of increasing the global influence
and effectiveness of its member organizations for the benefit and
improvement of the industry.
|
|
|
To meet this mission, member organizations will cooperate on
standards, market research, marketing, resource development,
environment issues, world trade and economic/political affairs.
|
|
|
The Council will undertake these activities in a spirit of
responsibility towards the World Electronics Industry based on the
principles of free enterprise, cooperation, and mutually rewarding
coexistence.
