Japan Electronics Packaging and Circuits Association (herein after referred as "JPCA") governing association of JPCA Show / Large Electronics Show / WIRE Japan Show / Microelectronics Show / JISSO PROTEC has been taking measurement policies to improve these exhibitions. For succession and progress, our mission is to contribute to the evolution of leading-edge information, communication technology and the electronic circuitry industry through the exhibition.
We think in order to attain and support a highly advanced IT network society it is our duty to properly protect personal information.

Personal information protection policy

Personal information is information that includes names, sex, age group, address, phone number, e-mail address, access record to services and other description individually given numbers and codes that can be linked to the individual. We think it is a societal responsibility to adequately protect the user's personal information, and will make efforts that follow.

Purpose of utilizing personal information which is collected and stored by JPCA

JPCA will gather personal information on this website, in order to improve services, for entering exhibitions, reservation for special keynote lectures and symposium seminars. In addition, we will gather personal information through questionnaires and from requests for brochures. Furthermore, in order to provide useful promotional information, exhibition related company products and services to exhibition registrants we will gather personal information. And we will use this information for limited purposes only.

Provision of personal information to a third party which JPCA obtained

JPCA will not provide the information gathered to any third parties.
At JPCA Show 2015/ Large Electronics Show 2015 / WIRE Japan Show 2015 / 2015 Microelectronics Show / JISSO PROTEC 2015 at the entrance to the exhibition, special keynote lectures and entrance to the symposium site each booth exhibitor is always required to carry their barcode imprinted visiting card and be scanned to enter. The information will be shared between JPCA and applicable companies. Please be advised that brochures might be sent by e-mail or mail using this information. In addition, the users of JPCA Show 2015/ Large Electronics Show 2015 / WIRE Japan Show 2015 / 2015 Microelectronics Show / JISSO PROTEC 2015 statistical data will be provided to affiliated business in a form that is unobservable to individuals. This does not apply to providing personal information.

This website takes safety precautions to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized access, Divulgation, tampering and sabotage.
