At the Monotsukuri Fiesta, which was started in 2009, examples of applications for large electronics will be exhibited, and specialized seminars will be held. At this Fiesta, we will provide visitors with an opportunity to under s tand the relationship between large electronics and the electronic circuit industry, which is responsiblefor”Monotsukuri(product manufacturing).
During the three-day festival, keynote addresses will be delivered under a variety of themes. On the first day, the keynote address will be about the application of large electronics products. On the second day, it will address the key technologies for manufacturing products, i.e. materials and production technology. On the final day, the keynote will address a specific example of environmental policy, such as renovation of technology toward the goal of a 25% reduction in greenhouse gasses. Through these addresses,we hope to attract visitors and provide an approach to new business opportunities.
This symposium sponsored by JIEP, the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging, is a seminar on advanced packaging technology with an emphasis on communication between the lecturers and the audience. We will provide a relaxed atmosphere for experts, engineers, and staff in charge of technology,research,and development.
NPI Presentation / 6th JPCA Award
Exhibitor seminars will be held free of charge for the promotion of new products and technologies. Seminars touching on about 60 themes have been presented each year, and a total of about 3,000 visitors have participated. We will provide an atmosphere that encourages participants to visit exhibition booths.
PROTEC Seminar
A product and technology promotion seminar held by the exhibiting companies and JISSO PROTEC member companies,and sponsored by the Japan Robot Association. We will provide a relaxed atmosphere for production technology development experts with knowledge of the packaging process technologies.
The“Printed Board Seminar,” an introduction to electronic circuit production, will be among the seminars held every day at the exhibition hall on a range of topical themes, electronic circuit industry trends, and the latest technology roadmaps. We will provide an environment that responds to the various needs of the visitors.
At the Academic plaza sponsored by JIEP, the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging, universities and public research institutes will exhibit posters and booths highlighting their latest technologies to the industrial world and visitors in order to provide opportunities for academic-industrial alliances for new technological development and business collaboration.
Special exhibitions and seminars will be held to show the internal structure and packaging design technology of advanced electronics equipment, and to present various advanced, next-generation technologies. We welcome all visitors to enjoy the exhibitions and seminars.
Research groups belonging to the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging will hold open workshops at the exhibitions. We will provide a relaxed atmosphere for Institute members, packaging technology experts, engineers, and staff in charge of technology, research,and development.
Electronic circuits are necessary for various electronic devices. In “Electronics Handicraft Class”,an educational event to further understanding of the structure of electronic circuits,you can enjoy creating an electronic device using a simple kit. We will provide a relaxed atmosphere for students and visitors with no prior knowledge of printed wiring boards or packaging technology.
Electronic circuit industry groups from China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, and other Asian countries and regions, and from Europe and the United States, will come together in one place. Visitors can see the overall trends in the electronic circuit industry while staying in Japan.
