Advanced Electronics Pavilion

Having enjoyed popularity, the Advanced Electronics pavilion will be set up in 2009 as well, which will consist of a noteworthy Component Mounted/3-D PKG zone, essential to sophistication and downsizing of all equipment; a Mobile/Display/Car Electronics zone, which is a section for presenting element technologies for automobiles being rapidly computerized and mobile devices and digital displays for a ubiquitous society; and a Thermal Management zone, which presents technologies against thermal problems such as functional disorders caused by heat, shortened lives, and deformation. In addition, inside the Advanced Electronics pavilion, open seminars are planned that will provide product and technology PR, latest technical trends, and study results at no charge. You are encouraged to take part in open seminars to present your appropriate products and technologies.

Environment Pavilion

To deliver a sustainable society that can live together with the global environment, it is essential to work toward green products, environmental management, and 3R/environmental measures. The environment pavilion will be set up in 2009 as well, which will display under one roof many ecological technologies that can be used in the electronic circuit industry. It will be a golden opportunity to present electronic circuit technologies as environmental measures for emission/wastewater treatment technologies receiving significant attention from China and the world. We look forward to your application. In addition, inside the Environment pavilion, open seminars are planned that provide product/technology PR, latest technical trends, and study results at no charge.

Advanced Fusion Technology Pavilion

The Advanced Fusion Technology pavilion will be set up in 2009 as well that will consist of an Optical Technology zone presenting optical transmission and optical electronic circuit technologies receiving attention for their large-volume, high-speed processing, low power consumption, and noise elimination and a Nonotech/MEMS Technology zone that displays next-generation element technologies, such as nanotechnologies associated with a variety of industrial platforms, MEMS as ultra-micro fabrication/wiring/packaging technologies, nanoimprinters, and printable electronics. In addition, inside the Advanced Fusion Technology pavilion, open seminars are planned which provide product/technology PR, latest technical trends, and study results at no charge. You are encouraged to take part in open seminars to present your appropriate products and technologies such as optical technologies, nanotechnologies, and MEMS associated with lectronic circuits.
